Do not twist or use excessive force, but a firm, straight pull should detach it.
Step 2: Locate the Airflow Switch
Once the mouthpiece is off, you will see the top of the device.
You should see a small, recessed switch or slider on one side. This is the airflow control.
Switch Position: Slide it to one side for a tighter, more restricted draw (like a cigarette). Slide it to the other for a looser, airier draw.
Step 3: Adjust and Vape
Adjust the switch to your preferred setting.
Replace the mouthpiece firmly until it snaps back into place.
The device is now ready. It is draw-activated—simply inhale from the mouthpiece to use it. There are no buttons to press.
Step 4: Charging (For Rechargeable IGET ONE Models)
If your IGET ONE is rechargeable, you will see a USB-C port exposed after removing the mouthpiece.
Use a standard USB-C cable to charge it. A small LED light usually indicates the charging status.

Do Not “Open” to Refill: The IGET ONE is a disposable device. It is not designed to be refilled with Capacity. Attempting to open the main body or tank can damage the device, cause leaks, and void any warranty.
The intended “opening” is only for accessing the airflow switch and charging port by removing the mouthpiece.
If the mouthpiece is extremely difficult to remove, double-check you have the correct model. Other IGET devices like the IGET Bar have fixed mouthpieces.

No Vapor Production? Ensure the airflow switch is not stuck in between settings. Try sliding it fully to one side. If it’s a rechargeable model, the battery may be flat—try charging it.
